Eyeliner can be a simple product but it can add a totally different look to you makeup.
1. Choosing an eyeliner
eyeliner usually comes in a cream, liquid or pencil, for the finest line use a cream eyeliner, or liquid eyeliner these are the easiest to control and give you a smooth finish.
If you want a blurred or smudged affect use an eyeliner pencil, these will apply thicker lines and be easier to smudge.
Buying a good quality and branded eyeliner will pay off, as it will give you the best affect and will also be long lasting, using cheaper store eyeliner may not give you the look your after and take more time to get perfect results.
You should apply your eyeliner on top of eye shadow but always before mascara,
Make sure your pencil is sharp and use a eye primer before if you want it to last.
Easy way to apply your eyeliner is tilting your head back slightly and using you non writing hand, also if you need to take a break do so as you may find if you don't you will get less perfect results.
Practice makes perfect, when you can get your eyeliner and practice you will soon be able to apply eyeliner perfectly.
