Keeping Healthy hair

Healthy beautiful hair is a must have, check out these tips to keep your hair in good shape.

1. Don't wash your hair every day as you are washing out all the natural goodness, the oils in your hair are good, so sometimes its good to have a bit of grease.

2. Always use a good quality conditioner after shampooing, try and use a leave in conditioner at least once a week, also use a deep conditioning treatment once a month.

3. Use a comb after you have washed your hair, it will be less harsh then a brush, using your fingers can cause damage and also hair loss as it will pull at the roots.

4. once your hair is dry try not to brush or comb your hair, leave it.

5. Buy a shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair type, if you dye your hair alot, get a colour hold set.

6. try and let your hair dry naturally, unless you have no other option, using a hair dryer can cause split ends.

7. If you use a hairdryer or straighteners a lot the use a hair protection spray, it will protect your hair from heat damage.

8. Try and get a trim every 6 to 8 weeks, to cut dead and split ends, it will keep your hair in top shape.

9. Aim for a loose up tie, as pulling your hair out of a tie can cause lots of damage to your hair, and let your hair down once you go to bed.
