EveryThing But The Cow, Soya protein Drinks!

Everything but the cow is a protein soya drink made by Karen, Louise and Lisa in 2011, while they took a year off traveling they noticed the local people of far east India and Africa drunk soya drinks. On there return to the u.k they began to blend fruit and soya together to create an after exercise boost drink. Then Everything but the cow was born! 

I kindly received some pr sample's of everything but the cow, willing to try new thing and being intreged in these healthy soya drink's i was more then happy to give them a go!

Living a busy life style and trying to start 2015 with health in mind i have taken up jogging so these drink's seemed good to try. After an evening jog coming back feeling rather worn out i decided to give the Mango & Orange soya drink a whirl! Easy to drink unlike some health drinks i have tried before, after about half an hour and new boost of energy sweeped over me which was nice as before lets say i could have easily shut my eyes and slept. I know that health drink's to some people are nothing but a fad but i really do feel for me that everything but the cow does boost energy levels and give you that extra boost.

I have enjoyed all three of these drink and have recently brought myself some more from my local Holland & Barrett as i feel they give my body a boost and make me feel better within myself!
